File a Private School Affidavit (PSA) with the California Department of Education between October 1-15 each year if operating as a private school

📅 Attendance

175 instructional days per year for grades K-12, minimum 3 hours daily for grades 1-8, minimum 4 hours daily for grades 9-12

English, mathematics, social studies, and science in grades 1-6. Grades 7-12 also require visual/performing arts, health, physical education, and other courses required for high school graduation
