Welcome to today's BibleMouse adventure! Remember how we learned about Baby Jesus yesterday? Today we'll discover something special about the night He was born.
On the night Jesus was born, something amazing happened in the fields. Shepherds were taking care of their sheep in the dark. They were watching carefully to keep their sheep safe.
Create a pretend field with a blanket. One child is the shepherd, others are sheep. Use a flashlight to represent the angel's bright light.
Simpler: Adults help guide the play
Challenge: Let children create their own story about the shepherds
