Welcome to today's BibleMouse science adventure! Let's remember our farm animals from yesterday and get ready to explore zoo animals!

💭 Review Question: What farm animal did you like best yesterday?
2Teaching (5 min)

Zoos are special places where we can see animals from all around the world. God made animals to live in different places - some in jungles, some in deserts, some in cold places!

  • Animals live in different homes called habitats
  • Zoos help us see animals we might never see otherwise
  • God created each animal special and unique
💬 Discussion Questions:
  • What animals do you think live in a zoo?
  • Can you make an animal sound?
3Activity: Zoo Animal Explorer (6 min)

Use toy binoculars to 'spot' animals in pictures. Wear animal masks and pretend to be different zoo animals.

📝 Instructions:
  1. Look through binoculars at zoo animal pictures
  2. Name the animal you see
  3. Make the animal's sound
  4. Put on an animal mask and move like that animal
🔄 Variations:

Simpler: Just point to animals in pictures

Challenge: Try to spell or trace first letter of animal names
