  1. Spread blue fabric on floor
  2. Have child hold a stick (staff)
  3. Demonstrate 'raising the staff'
  4. Use fan to part the fabric
  5. Let child walk toy people through the 'parted sea'

Simpler: Just play with blue fabric and toy people

Challenge: Encourage child to tell the story while playing
