Just as God creates beautiful things, we can create beautiful art by mixing colors

Lesson Plan

1Opening (3 min)

Today in BibleMouse, we're going to be color explorers! Remember how we made green yesterday with yellow and blue? Now we'll see what other magic colors we can make!

💭 Review Question: What color did we make when we mixed yellow and blue?
2Teaching (7 min)

Let's watch how colors can dance and play together on our paper! We'll put two colors side by side and see what happens when they touch.

  1. Put a dot of red paint on one side of the paper
  2. Put a dot of yellow paint near the red dot
  3. Use a clean brush to gently touch and mix the colors
  4. Watch the magic happen as orange appears!
