  • Washable tempera paints

  • Sponges
  • Natural materials (leaves, twigs)

Lesson Plan

1Opening (3 min)

In today's BibleMouse lesson, we're going to make a HUGE piece of art! Yesterday we made a rainbow, and today we'll go even BIGGER!

💭 Review Question: What colors did we use in our rainbow yesterday?
2Teaching (7 min)

Today we're creating a big art project using lots of different materials. Remember, God loves creativity!

3Activity: Mega Art Creation (8 min)

Spread out a large piece of paper and explore creating a big artwork using multiple materials

  1. Put on your smock
  2. Spread out the large paper
  3. Use paint brushes, sponges, and natural materials
  4. Create freely and have fun!

Simpler: Use fewer materials, focus on one or two

Challenge: Create a themed artwork about God's creation
