  • Washable paint (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
  • Paintbrushes
  • Paper plates (for paint)
  • Smock or old shirt
  • Wet wipes

Lesson Plan

1Opening (3 min)

Let's talk about colors! Yesterday we made our favorite art, and today we're going to make a special rainbow just like God made!

2Teaching (7 min)

In today's BibleMouse lesson, we'll learn about God's amazing colors! God made every single color in the world, and He made them beautiful!

Create a colorful rainbow painting using all the colors God made!

📝 Instructions:
  1. Put on your smock
  2. Choose 6 colors of paint on your paper plate
  3. Paint a big rainbow on your paper
  4. Use big, gentle brush strokes
  5. Clean up your space when finished

Simpler: Use fewer colors or help child paint

Challenge: Try to make color blends or add cloud details
