Lesson Plan

1Opening (5 min)

Gather students in a circle. Introduce today's blend sounds by making playful sounds: 'sk-sk-sk' and 'sm-sm-sm'.

Demonstrate how S-blends work by showing how two consonants make a special sound when put together.
