Gather students and show a sample friendly letter. Explain that today we'll learn how to write the message part of a letter.
A letter message tells a story or shares news with someone. We want to write clearly and kindly.
Students will practice writing a short message on their letter template
Simpler: Draw and dictate message to teacher
Challenge: Write 4-5 sentences independently
Share one kind message from your letter
Dear Jesus, help us use our words to encourage others and show Your love.
