Stories are like little adventures with a beginning, a middle, and an end. Just like God's creation story starts 'In the beginning...' our stories also have a special start.

📌 Key Talking Points:
  • Beginning: Where the story starts
  • Middle: What happens next
  • End: How the story finishes
💬 Discussion Questions:
  • Can you tell me about a story you know?
  • How does your favorite story begin?
3Activity: Story Parts Picture (6 min)

Children will draw a simple three-part story about something they did today

📝 Instructions:
  1. Fold paper into three sections
  2. Draw beginning of story in first section

Challenge: Add one sentence describing each picture

4Closing (2 min)

Share one story with a friend and explain its beginning, middle, and end.

📝 Review Questions:
  • What are the three parts of a story?
  • Can you point to the beginning of your drawing?
🙏 Prayer:

Dear Jesus, thank You for giving us the ability to tell and listen to stories. Help us learn to share stories that bring joy.
