  • White paper plate
  • Tempera paints (red, blue, yellow, green, orange, purple)
  • Paintbrushes
  • Water cup
  • Paper towels

Review yesterday's purple lesson and introduce today's color wheel activity

💭 Review Question: What purple things did we paint yesterday?
2Teaching (10 min)

Explain color wheel and how colors relate to each other

Create a colorful color wheel on a paper plate

📝 Instructions:
  1. Divide paper plate into 6 equal sections
  2. Paint primary colors (red, blue, yellow) every other section
  3. Mix and paint secondary colors (orange, green, purple) in between
  4. Let dry completely

Challenge: Add color name labels to each section
