Lesson Plan

1Opening (5 min)

Gather students in a circle. Celebrate the year's language arts journey by sharing one favorite memory or accomplishment from the year.

Discuss how language is a gift from God that allows us to communicate, share ideas, encourage others, and spread His love.

  1. Take a large piece of colored paper
  2. Draw and decorate a border
  3. Write 'My Language Arts Journey' at the top
