Matthew 5:13-16

You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has lost its flavor, how can it be made salty again? It is then good for nothing, but to be thrown out and trampled under the feet of men. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill can't be hidden.

Lesson Plan

1Opening (5 min)

Gather students in a circle and ask what they think it means to be a good citizen. Introduce the day's theme of Christian citizenship.
