Gather students and ask them what they know about stars. Show pictures of night sky and different constellations.
Explain that stars are giant balls of burning gas very far away, like our sun. Discuss how ancient people used stars to tell stories and navigate.
Students will create a personal constellation using black paper and white chalk or star stickers

Challenge: Research actual constellation stories and recreate them
Recap how stars show God's amazing design in the universe
