Lesson Plan

1Opening (5 min)

Gather students in a circle. Bring out object bag and explain we'll explore different types of nouns today.

2Teaching (10 min)

Explain concrete nouns as things we can touch or see, and abstract nouns as ideas or feelings we can't physically hold.

  • God gives us abstract nouns to help us understand deep feelings and ideas
