“Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”
— Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)Just as this verse encourages trusting God when challenges seem unclear, today's art lesson teaches children to approach unexpected creative challenges with confidence and flexibility
Welcome to today's BibleMouse art adventure! Last time, we explored creating art with unusual materials. Today, we'll take creativity to a new level with our Mystery Subject Challenge!
Today, we'll learn that great artists can create beautiful work from ANY subject. Creativity isn't about perfection, but about imagination and problem-solving!
Each student will draw a random subject from our mystery container and create an artwork representing that subject
Simpler: Use tracing or stencil techniques if struggling
Challenge: Incorporate multiple drawing techniques or mixed media
Share artworks and discuss how we solved our mystery subject challenges
Coming up: Tomorrow in BibleMouse Art, we'll explore art from different cultures around the world!
