Lesson Plan

1Opening (5 min)

Gather students and explain the day's reading practice. Remind them that reading is like practice for a sport - the more we do it, the better we become!

2Teaching (8 min)

Demonstrate repeated reading technique by reading a short passage three times, showing how speed and accuracy improve with each read
