Lesson Plan

1Opening (5 min)

Gather children around map. Ask them to point to places they've learned about this year.

💭 Review Question: What different kinds of land have you seen in pictures this year?
2Teaching (10 min)

Review five US regions: Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, and West. Discuss unique features of each region.
