Let's talk about how we can use lines to show how we're feeling! Just like our voices can sound happy or sad, lines can look happy or sad too.
Different types of lines can show different emotions. Straight lines might look calm, zigzag lines might look angry, and curved lines might look happy.
Create a drawing using only lines to show an emotion without using any faces or people
Simpler: Draw lines in one color showing one emotion
Challenge: Create a line drawing showing two different emotions
Let's share our line drawings and talk about the emotions we created!
Dear God, thank You for giving us creativity to express our feelings. Help us use our art to bring joy to others.
