Today, we'll learn about weaving - an amazing art form where we create beautiful designs by moving threads or paper strips over and under each other.

  • Weaving creates beautiful patterns by moving 'over' and 'under'

3Activity: Paper Weaving Design (15 min)

Create a colorful woven paper design using two different colored papers

📝 Instructions:
  1. Take one sheet of paper and cut vertical strips, leaving about 1 inch uncut at the top
  2. Take a second paper of a different color and cut horizontal strips
  3. Weave the horizontal strips through the vertical strips, alternating over and under
  4. Gently press down to flatten your weaving
  5. Secure loose ends with a small dot of glue
