Include all four story elements: character, setting, problem, and solution
Use imagination to develop original narrative
“Don't let kindness and truth forsake you. Bind them around your neck. Write them on the tablet of your heart.”
— Proverbs 3:3-4 (WEB)Just as we can write words on our heart, we can also write stories that show God's love and wisdom
Gather students and review the story elements they've learned this week: characters, setting, problem, and solution.
Today we will use everything we've learned to write our very own story! We'll start by filling out our story map to help us organize our ideas.
Students will complete their story map and then write their story, illustrating it as they go.
