Just as we carefully choose our words when speaking, we should carefully check our writing

Lesson Plan

1Opening (5 min)

Gather students in a circle and explain that today we'll learn about editing - checking our writing to make it the very best it can be!

Editing is like being a detective for your own writing. We look closely to find any mistakes and make our writing clear and beautiful.
