Lesson Plan

1Opening (5 min)

Gather students in a circle. Explain that today we're learning about action words called 'verbs' - words that show what someone or something is doing.

Verbs are special words that tell us what is happening. When Jesus called his disciples, he used action words like 'come' and 'follow'.
