Lesson Plan

Gather children around the US map. Ask them to look at the colorful map and get excited about exploring our big, beautiful country.

Today we're going to learn about the United States of America. This is our big, wonderful country that has 50 special states. Each state is like a piece of a big puzzle that makes up our whole country.
