Just as maps help us find our way, God guides us through life's journey

  • Local community map
  • Colored markers
  • Construction paper
  • Stickers or small sticky notes

Lesson Plan

1Opening (5 min)

Gather students and show a large local community map. Ask children to sit in a circle and look closely at the map.

2Teaching (10 min)

Explain how maps show our community from a bird's eye view. Point out key locations like schools, parks, and libraries.
