Gather students in a circle and discuss what leaders do in our community. Ask them to name some local leaders they know.
Explain that leaders need our prayers and support. Read the Bible verse about praying for leaders and discuss how prayer helps our community.
Students will practice voting and then pray for their local leaders

Review what we learned about praying for leaders
Dear God, please help our leaders make good choices for our community. Bless them and give them wisdom. Amen.
