Lesson Plan

1Opening (5 min)

Gather students in a circle and ask them what makes someone a citizen. Explain that being a citizen means belonging to a special group.

Today we'll learn about being a citizen of two special places - our country and God's kingdom! Just like we have rights and responsibilities in our country, we also have a special role in God's family.
